For your safety, arrange local exchanges during daylight hours, preferably between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, at a police station, police department, or officially designated safe-exchange location. Confirm the location and availability before meeting.
Do not describe every police station as an approved exchange location unless that safe-exchange use has been verified.
