Review Policy
Reviews should help the community while preventing fake, abusive, paid, or misleading activity.
- Never create fake ratings, fake reviews, fake statistics, or fake testimonials.
- Users should be able to report abusive, fraudulent, spam, duplicate, or conflict-of-interest reviews.
- Review moderation should preserve audit history and avoid frontend-only enforcement.
- Business owners should be able to respond through verified accounts when review features are enabled.
- Ratings and review counts should display only real submitted data.
